MADE FOR YOU. TREASURED FOR A LIFETIME. COMPLIMENTARY PERSONAL QUOTES

THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

Terms & conditions

Template for owner and legal review before launch. Last updated 21 October 2026. Add legal trader details and business address; confirm VAT, cancellation, payment and delivery arrangements.

Requests and quotes

We accept made-to-order gold jewellery requests for UK delivery only. A request is not a purchase. We review your design and issue a quote in GBP (£) with specifications, total price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, timeframe and quote validity. No work starts until the final details and quote are expressly agreed and payment arrangements are confirmed.

Payment

There is no online card payment. Payment is by bank transfer after confirmation, using instructions sent directly by the owner. Check unexpected changes to bank details with us using our published contact email before transferring money.

Making your piece

A professional goldsmith crafts your order to the agreed specification. Approximate weight and requested dates are indicative until agreed in writing. Changes to a confirmed design may affect price and completion dates and require a revised agreement.

Delivery

UK delivery is by insured Royal Mail Special Delivery with appropriate cover for the agreed value. Costs and estimated dispatch dates are confirmed in the quote. We remain responsible until your order is delivered to you or your nominated recipient.

Cancellation, faults and returns

Personalised or genuinely custom-made items normally have no change-of-mind cancellation or return right. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements. Contact us promptly about a problem so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Any non-custom items remain subject to applicable distance-selling cancellation rights.

Questions

Contact orders@bahargold.co.uk, quoting your order reference. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
